Holy Communion to the Home-Bound/Shut-In: Our Eucharistic Ministers bring Holy Communion every Sunday morning, or as requested, to those individuals who are not able to attend weekly Mass. If you or someone you know is unable to attend Mass and would like to receive Holy Communion at home, please call the Pastoral Center (410-255-3677).
Eldercare/Assisted-Living: Our Eucharistic Ministers also bring Holy Communion every Sunday to residents at Genesis Eldercare in Severna Park, Morningside House of Friendship in Glen Burnie, and Arundel Woods in Glen Burnie. Additionally, Communion Services are held every Sunday at Morningside House of Friendship, and on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at Genesis Eldercare.
Hospital Patients: Eucharistic Ministers from several Catholic churches in the Pasadena area routinely visit the Baltimore- Washington Medical Center (BWMC) for the purpose of bringing Holy Communion. If you or someone you know is, or will be, a patient at the BWMC and would like to receive Holy Communion, please leave a note at the main desk requesting a visit from one of the Eucharistic Ministers. Or, if you prefer, you may call the Pastoral Center (410-255-3677) to schedule a special pastoral visit by someone from Our Lady of the Chesapeake.
Sacrament of Reconciliation and/or Anointing of the Sick: If you or someone you know is home-bound or in a hospital and is in need of either of these two sacraments, please call the Pastoral Center (410-255-3677) to request a visit by a priest.
